"Astil is a quiet and very comfortable hotel. Very close to train station. Note that you shall take the local train. The others do not stop. For Kyoto and Kobe you go one stop to Juso sration and transfer. The best way to go from airports is airportbus to Umeda and then train. The rooms do not have bathtubes since the hotel has a nice onsen bath. If you like med do have tattos you are not able to use the bath.
