"Its alright. But had to let them know the exit door was not properly locking. Anyone could get in. The smoke detector fell off from the ceiling. There was burn marks on the covers I didnt sleep under the covers felt like it had dirt in it or sand. But when I addressed the issues the staff took care of it ."

"The Williams center was an affordable, clean and decent place to spend a few nights. And there are lots of great things with in 20 minutes walking distance so you really don't have to drive to enjoy New London from there. There is a shared kitchen area and the property manager provides water juice and coffee and some pastries in the morning. We had a great time, but someone with mobility issues would struggle with the stairs."
