"Check in and out was extremely easy. The lady at the concierge desk was very helpful. We didn’t use the amenities (hot tub, etc) because it was our first time to the canyon and we spent most of our time there. The beds were very comfortable and the housekeeping was very good. We had breakfast in the restaurant before we left and it was delicious. The waiter and other members of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider staying there again."
