"We stayed in he hotel for 5 days. From the moment we arrived until we left the staff were very friendly and the the customer service was excellent. The staff made sure our stay was comfortable and nothing was too much to ask. We ate in the restaurant every night and tried many dishes from the menu. The food was excellent and could not fault any of the meals. Waiting staff, chef, front of house and bar staff well done. Very enjoyable holiday in lovely surroundings."

The setting alone makes it special - nestled right along the river, surrounded by beautiful scenery that immediately makes you slow down and relax. "Very spacious room and amazing location. We used it as base to explore Snowdonia, Anglesey and Llyn peninsula. We travelled with a small baby and they were happy to accommodate us with a cot. Easy and free parking outside the property. Amazing restaurant next door. Staff was so helpful - Marilyn helped me out and literally saved me! Thank you very much. We will be back!"
