"We had a lovely time at the White Hart. The room was large, felt cottagey and the bed was very comfortable. The food was delicious. We particularly enjoyed the pie of the day. There was a lot of choice at breakfast, which was delicious also. We left our car at the pub and did a circular walk out to Castle Combe and back. Beautiful countryside with an unspoilt feel. The staff were friendly and accomodating. "

"The communication was terrible, we only got the code for the apartment access after we called the owner a few times. Even after he had picked up and said he was sending it, he still didn’t and we had to call him back again. This was all last minute. We had originally booked to stay in the bigger apartment but the owner sent a message on the app to say he had double booked us and were we happy to stay in a smaller apartment with a shared kitchen rather than a private one.
