"This hotel was incredibly comfortable and clean. We loved the location! It was a beautiful area to walk around, and was great for being near everything. One of my favorite benefits was the breakfast. The food was great and helped start the day off on the right start. "

"A lovely hotel - great city views with some rooms. Location not so great - a lot of building work surrounding you but we were made aware. Seems to be an up and coming area. Lovely area around the fjords and some nice boat trips."

"Gotta give a shout out to the staff first. I requested extra pillows ahead of time and when we arrived to check in, they were already there. Later, when I mentioned my husband's bad back and said that we would appreciate (if possible) an extra mattress pad, they were extremely helpful and accommodating with what they had. Ended up just using an extra comforter on the bed for him and we had the best night's sleep. The front desk staff were always helpful and friendly, going above and beyond with making sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. The next day, a different petson at reception asked if the comforter was adequate or if we still would like a mattress pad, picking up from the nuts if the last person in the system. The gym was really nice, small but well equipped and maintained. Breakfasts were beautiful, everything was fresh with a good variety. I certainly missed that breakfast when we had to check out at 2:45AM for our flight, but the reception staff was as pleasant as always. We'll consider this hotel chain when we come back to Norway for sure. "

"Hotel is conveniently right at a tram stop for the #12 #15 #18 trams easy to get everywhere in Oslo right on the trams! Very friendly helpful reception when we arrived after 10 pm March 31st. We got a room on the 9th floor overlooking the river: lovely view. Bed was very comfortable, pillows & duvets good, room warm but windows open for those who need fresh air. The bathroom & closet small but fine for a short stay. TV had a number of English language channels. Good buffet breakfast with wide choice of options. Lots of baked goods, waffles & pancakes, roasted potatoes, several cheeses, yogurts, chereals, nuts, fruit, veg and v good pate, as well as sausage and bacon. Only one specialty coffee machine which caused line ups, but drip also available (& teas, juices) the usual hotel buffet scrambled eggs & hard boiled eggs. All in all this is a great option in Oslo for convenience, comfortable sleep, good breakfast, good rate! "

"Breakfast is spectacular and well priced. Beautiful common areas. But the rooms themselves are a bit blah. And they charge through the roof if you want to use the pool which is pretty poor given the price."
