"This hotel is located in the heart of south Lake Tahoe. 3-5 minute walk to Heavenly Village, the lake, and the casinos. Also close to many varied food establishments and shopping. Laundry machines worked perfectly. Office staff were very friendly and efficient. The maid service was very thorough. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay."

Amazingly easy check-in via a text message with a door code. There is a reason this place is rated so much higher than the comparable nearby hotels. "

"We had a wonderful stay the room was spacious and nice. Full fridge in the kitchen with water and an ice machine. I love the fireplace and heated pool/hot tub. Staff were wonderfully helpful and kind. The only things I would change is there was hair in the shower:( and I did not like the AI automated front desk when calling for assistance."

"Beautiful pet friendly hotel. Friendly and courteous staff. We stayed in the townhome option and it was very comfortable. Complete with a beautiful kitchenette, two private balconies, personal EV charging inside personal garage unit, two fireplaces, outdoor heating, heated bathroom floor, there is too much to mention. Plus it's in a great location, walking distance to Harrahs and Cesars Maggie's restaurant on property was convenient and a very good for a nice meal. Definitely recommend...

From start to finish the staff was incredibly helpful, moving our bags from one hotel to the other, our room was beautiful, we ate at Hell's Kitchen which was absolutely wonderful.
