"Great new rooms. Close to everything in the CBD. Only thing letting it down as it doesn’t have any amenities if you have a longer stay. Grazie restaurant is great"

"Everything was ok with my stay but one thing . I was staying for two nights and on the second day stay about midday I asked if the rooms were going to be serviced as I had been out all morning and returned ti find room not been done. They said the room was going too be and that they had been running a little behind which I know happens from time to time. I went back out returning later that night to find that my room still had nit been serviced. No fresh towels....out of coffee and tea making stuff....not even bed made. Sorry that was such a let down and not being able to make hot drinks on my return. No problem with anything else but this was such a big over site and let down ."

"The room was quite cold and a little damp. Blinds were all down so no natural light. One heat pump in lounge so bedroom was cold. Only one blanket on bed with no extras in the cupboard. No Wifi for the kids. No remote for the TV (limited sky TV access - one channel). Cockroach on the wall had to be killed and disposed of. No frying pan when cooking breakfast and no scrubbing brush to clean dishes or dish rack to stack them. Pretty average to poor compared to other places."
