"Check in was very good. The gal at the front desk very friendly. On day before our check-out I went to office to use computer and printer to print boarding passes and guest computer and printer was not working. Waited for like 15 minutes for the lady at front desk to print like over 50 pages for a gentleman that appeared to be an executive. I then went and asked since the guest computer was not functioning could she print boarding passes for me. She was rude and asked why I wouldn’t just use the app and present boarding passes like that. I said I was with my elderly father and we would prefer for paper copies. She said well I would have to email it to …. She rattles off an email address. I said I wasn’t sure how to do that and I asked her couldn’t she just go to the website for me with my confirmation # and without even looking at me anymore said no I would have to email it or she could not. I said fine and walked out! I had to drive to the public library, pay to park in parking ramp, go in and then pay to print them at their computers as a guest ,since I was not local. I have never stayed anywhere that I was unable to do it myself or ask for front desk assistance. She acted like I was a huge inconvenience to her but yet gladly printed 50plus pages for the gentleman there in front of me. "

"Clean: We found the room to be very clean and comfortable. The air-conditioning was quiet. Staff: The only little concern I had was the breakfast attendant. The breakfast was great. She spent a lot of time on her phone talking to a friend while she was working. My daughter and I were there shortly before the breakfast hours were up. We were watching the TV while we were eating. The attendant shut off the TV while we were watching it. Then she went up toward the front desk and shut off all the lights in the dining area while we were still there and left us in the dark. I was very surprised. The drawers of the night stand between the two Queen beds were all taped shut. It should have been repaired or replaced. Overall, I would probably stay here again for the sake of convenience."

"I had a very pleasant one-night stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Ithaca. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near downtown restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The staff was friendly and professional, and the check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. The room was spacious, quiet, and well maintained, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. Overall, the hotel provided everything I needed for a comfortable visit to Ithaca. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
