"Room was very clean and also pretty upscale for South America. The shower has good pressure and temperature, though it takes a minute to heat up. Once it does, it's stable. Bed is comfortable and there are lots of outlets for devices as well as a table and chair. Very close to the bus station for Machu Picchu as well as the train station. The only downside to my room was that I don't have any visible windows. The other rooms do have though. Overall, I found it very private and comfortable."

"Great stay. Perfectly located between the train station, shops and restaurants. They had complimentary breakfast included. The shower got really hot. We traveled with our two toddlers, had a triple room and we were all comfortable. Check out felt early but they held our bags for us while we waited for our train. Would stay there again."

"Excellent overall! Very well located hotel. It is a very clean hotel .Staff gets a five out of five very well organized. Only thing is their showers are very slippery and my husband fell. They should do something about it , slippery tiles in a shower is not a good idea.spa is an extra fee supper was very nice."
