Great hotel with restaurants within walking distance. Great pool for kids, lots of room. Staff was extremely pleasant and professional.

People very friendly nice clean room with a view. Sad that the full service restaurant was not open since covid but many nice restaurant choices within one mile.

The hotel is top notch. The rooms were thoughtfully decorated and there were many amenities. Breakfast was wonderful.

Room was very clean and spacious. Hotel staff were very nice and welcoming. Beds were comfortable. We were able to enjoy a nice peaceful sleep. Not sure how breakfast was because we slept in. All in all this room was great compared to others in this area that I have stayed in. Will be staying here from now on when I’m in Greenville.

Beautiful hotel and convenient for walking anywhere downtown. The breakfast was delicious with hot and cold options that varied a little each day. Loved the flavored water machine. Best free breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. The gym was also very nice.

Super clean. Very safe area next to tons of convenient restaurants and shopping. Super friendly staff.

Bathroom was great, love the anti fog back lit mirror. bedding & pillows just ok. ( fitted sheet, didnt fit well, pillows too soft). No onsite parking. We paid for valet service. Otherwise, you pay at city owned lots.

The property isn't well lit at all. It's more like a Motel than a Hotel.

Bathtubs very slippery. A fall hazard.

We liked everything about our stay. We were well taken care of and were treated like family. We want to recognize all of the staff that took excellent care of us. Latoya & Sam - front desk Barbara(Momma), Lashad, Andrea, Lillian, Dallas,..Housekeeping Lakisha-Laundry Archie-trash detail I hope that I haven't left anyone out. But all of these special people made our stay very enjoyable. Thumbs up to all of them. Thank you.

After an unexpectedly long day on the road the friendly and smiling welcome here was great! Room was clean, bed comfortable (I was out like a light!) and granddaughter enjoyed making us waffles at breakfast the next morning! What more can you ask for???!!!
