While traffic and parking in town are difficult and there's a nearby live music cafe that plays music late into the night, the hosts made every effort to make our stay enjoyable and help us when we had any sort of difficulty. "This hotel is situation at at steep hill with a nice overview of the valey. Our room was as described. The staff is VERY friendly and VERY helpfull. They try to make every wish possible for you. It was a bit cold and they immediately made a fire in the woodstove of the restaurant and also turned on central heating. Consider the steep foodpath to reach the hotel and call the hotel in advance to arrange your luggage transfer via small rope way. We would visit this hotel anytime again."

"The hostess was charming, kind and looked after my every need. She cooked wonderful meals and also helped clean my clothes and dry them by the wood stove. I just wish I had more time to stay there. The room was cozy and the bed was too. I slept like a baby, which is not my norm. I cannot recommend this place enough. Try not to bring much luggage. the access is out of a book, like walking up a path, and you are not exactly sure till you get there. Just wonderful"

"**تجربة لا تُنسى، وكنت أتمنى قضاء ليلة أخرى، لكن كان لدينا حجز مسبق في مكان اخر.** الشقة بشكل عام نظيفة وجميلة، مع مطبخ مجهز بكامل أدواته، وإطلالتها ممتازة. و مناسبة لعائلة أو مجموعة أشخاص. كما أنها قريبة من سوبرماركت وعدد من المطاعم، والطاقم متعاون وودود جدًا. العيب الوحيد هو صعود الدرج (لانها في مرتفع مثل بعض الفندق في المنطقة)، وقد يكون متعبًا لكبار السن، لكن ذكر أحد طاقم الشقة أنه في السنة القادمة سيكون هناك شارع جديد يمر بالقرب منها."

"The view is wonderful and the room is nice. There is no room service except the breakfast. Nobody cleaned our room. They say that there is a kitchen but with very limited devices, impossible to cook there. Also, in our second night there was no water to take a shower. For me it is expensive considering what it offers. I would select another room next time."

THE HOTEL IS SMALL AND MATCHING THE SMALL CITY AMBIENCE. THE BREAKFAST IS REASONABLE & IS ORGANIC. ROOM IS SMALL BUT AGAIN TO MATCH THE SMALL CITY AMBIENCE. IF WOULD LIKE TO ENJOY THE NATURE, GO TO AYDER BUT IN SEASON TIME. "
