"An exceptional stay. Although we arrived later in the evening, the staff were wonderful. The hotel room was clean, modern and very comfortable. Don't miss the view from the rooftop, just beautiful, only to be outshined by the lovely grounds around the hotel. There are two museums on the property, the wine museum is amazing and worth a visit, it is right in the hotel near the eating area. While the other museum is near the edge of the property and requires a ticket purchase. The breakfast, although a buffet, was amazing. Many options, with a vast variety of local delicacies. The staff were very attentive. Would stay here again if we make it back to the Kakheti region. "

"The hotel itself is an amazing place, everything is clean and well attended. The only problem I found, and it is more or a country issue, is that all the staff are addicted to their mobile phones and in general there was a lack of customer service."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were welcoming and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and had the basic amenities I needed for my stay.
The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The property felt safe and well-maintained.
Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would consider staying here again in the future."
