"This guest house was a lovely find in a very pretty part of London. Welcome from Lekha was friendly. Breakfast was cooked to order by Newton. Gluten intolerance was catered for. We had a fan in the bedroom as the weather was hot. Ensuite had a lovely powerful shower. The bed was comfortable. Lots of lovely cafés and restaurants nearby. Also just a walk from Hampstead Theatre. Really kind thought of chocolates and a card for our anniversary. Would love to stay again."

"Crossing the road from Chalk Farm tube station, there is a Tesco round the corner clases at 11pm. Quiet rooms, comfy bed, nice air-con in July, clean and good size bathroom. We walked 10min to Primrose Hill for breakfast"

From the start of our arrival to this wonderful hotel, everyone was lovely and helpful. The amenities of a laundry room from our travels, to the fresh towels and exceptional kitchen stocked for breakfast and coffee. We immediately said we will come back again soon. Lovely hotel right near the Christmas market and all the fun things to do. Cute rooms with kettle, and tea options, robes, slippers etc. huge bathroom. All very clean and comfortable. Staff were always friendly.
This is a quaint hotel. The bathrooms are brand new, but the rest of the hotel has an English feel that welcomes you. The elevators are very small, but we never had any problems using them. There is a wonderful bar and an excellent restaurant. The staff could not be nicer. We had a dedicated doorman who helped me in and out of taxis. We loved every minute of our stay and would highly recommend it.
This is a unique set of rooms spread over 4 blocks just a few meters from the entrance to Camden Market. I choose this location because my child lives in Kentish Town, and the Camden Enterprise is a short walk away. A great draw is the Pub, which opens mid morning and provides ample space and charging ports to serve as a comfortable place to do work during the day. By the evening, the Pub fills with patrons and becomes busy, but the environment remains friendly and casual.

Wonderful hotel in a convenient location in London but not in the hustle and bustle. We walked to everything but the Tower. Tube station very close. Concierges were outstanding. We had a problem with our room and they went above and beyond to resolve it. If we go back to London, we will stay here.
The hotel provided tea milk and hot chocolate but no coffee. Treats were also complimentary.
Room and hotel was always tidy and clean.
Within the financial district we only had the london tower and the tower bridge nearby so we had to take the underground to most places for sightseeing.
It’s 4 minutes walk to the underground tower station.
After dark the walk from the tower station or park station can be dark on some streets. Not dangerous just our daughter felt uncomfortable a few times.
Absolutely love this hotel. It is the first time I stay at an Andaz hotel and will now try it elsewhere.
The design is fun and modern. There are numerous restaurants onsite and a 24hr gym.
The location is perfectly situated right next to liverpool station and you have numerous cafes, a tesco, a boots across the street.
Above all else though, the staff is the heart of the hotel.
