"10/10 in every aspect. A surprise upgrade was such a lovely gesture and start to our trip. Greeted with such a warm welcome unlike other established hotels in London. Amazing with our toddler. The breakfast was sensational. I would go especially for this at ABC kitchens. A special mention to the young gentleman (apologies I can't remember his name) he was extremely helpful. Will return without a doubt. "

"The location and staff were amazing. We were a few minutes walk from the train station and Buckingham Palace. Would stay here again!"

"Stayed in a wonderful room at the front of the hotel. Found it to be very clean and very quiet. Staff very friendly and informative."

"Wonderful experience from start to finish. The best, most efficient hotel staff I’ve experienced in a long time. Had a fabulous meal in Th@51 Restaurant with equally efficient staff. Similar experience in the bar."

"Brilliant hotel. The pictures don’t do it justice - it is a brilliant hotel with excellent service right in the heart of London. It really is what a Four Seasons Hotel should be. "

"Absolutely fantastic stay at this gorgeous boutique hotel in the heart of Belgravia. Brilliant service, superb breakfast and the most gorgeous room with all amenities we needed especially the gorgeous bed and linen. We were attending an event at Buckingham Palace and asked for a late check out, this was accommodated, thanks so much "

"Our 3rd Xmas stay at The Lanesborough and we have just booked for 2025. Fantastic hotel, best in London. Really cannot say enough about the wonderful staff, they are incredible. "

"Beautiful apartment! Staff was lovely and accommodating. Walkable to some shops, restaurants and the train."

"This was a great place to stay. Close to West Minister Abbey. Big Ben was very walkable and even Buckingham Palace was walkable. The hotel was clean and quiet. "

"I recently had a great experience staying at the Hotel Rui Plaza London. The hotel and room were nice and clean and during the July heatwave in London, the AC worked well to keep me cool all day long. The best perk of this hotel is its close proximity to the London Victoria Station which contains both the Victoria train station and the Victoria Underground (Tube) platforms. It's a quick and safe one minute walk to/from the hotel to Victoria Station. I would definitely stay at the Hotel Rui Plaza...

"Beautifully maintained and extremely well located at Victoria Station and close to parks and Bwlgravia restaurants."

"Great property in a great location. Rooms beautiful with great showers and bathrooms."

"Wonderful greeting, great room, great location for central London."

"Spacious, well-appointed, serviced apartment, tucked away from street noise in Mayfair, a posh neighborhood in Central London. Easy walk to Green Park tube stop, many bus lines, embassies, etc. Bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, dining room, bath, and a large living room, Al for less than the cost of a one bedroom suite at a nice central London hotel. We’d recommend and will return. "

"This was just a short weekend trip down to London with my daughter. I wanted to take her to the Natural History Museum and stay somewhere nice. The Berkeley is a wonderful hotel with a lovely staff. I will stay here again. "
