"The young lady on reception was extremely pleasant and very helpful regarding parking. She was very knowledgeable about the area which was very helpful. The hotel is in a good location, very happy with our stay, we’ll definitely be back next time we’re passing through"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful, the grounds are very well maintained and manicured. The room was well presented although the plumbing fixtures could do with a bit of updating/maintenance. Will look to stay again if on that side of Perth, very happy"

"Excellent location and great sized room with breakfast & good coffee on site ."

"I had a wonderful stay at the OBH. The staff are brilliant and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. You are right opposite Cotesloe beach which is stunning. Right next door it a cool and chilled out pub with great food. Around the corner is a laundramat if you are staying longer. Very accessible to Perth centre and Freo, or further afield if you rent a car.. I enjoyed it so much that I have already booked my flight and accommodation there for next year (Feb 2027). Shout out to...

"That you said my my room was already booked but I booked and paid for it already But after all that mis communication you upgraded me to top floor overlooking the river I would love that price again but no chance unless you would If you did I would have it every once every two weeks Please get back to me if your interested in my proposal Thanking you"

"Modern, clean and tidy rooms. On a free bus route so very easy to get into CBD. A bit of a hike to shops for supplies if self-catering though. Lovely view across to Kings Park. Safe feeling neighbourhood. All in all a good experience and value for money."
