"The Black Bear Manor is located close to Ouray's main street. The rooms were clean and cozy. The breakfast was good and hearty. The only negative was the Happy Hour wine treat ended 45 minutes early before we could enjoy a glass of wine, we assumed the staff wanted to leave work early, disappointing."

"We thought we had the best place to stay in all of Silverton! Matt, the proprietor, was welcoming, interesting and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and creative. He allowed us to leave our luggage at the house, after we checked out since we had taken the train and had a few hours before the train took us out of Silverton. Overall, very good experience."
