"It was a great stay, excellent views, easy part of town to get to everything, just gotta walk. The elevators do take a while, sometimes but that is expected in a high rise during busy times. It was perfect for my son and I. Communication was super easy and smooth. No issues at all."

"Ok…super beyond great stay! Modern clean equipped and easy! Perfect location for almost everything! The price was beyond good and the suite is unmatched in the 100’s of places I’ve stayed! My ONLY concern was the 4 pm super crazy chaotic check in! The building has 100’s of apartments for short term rental and the lobby was chaos(my checkin was easy, so the pre arrival) but the 3 available elevators to the 39th floor took forever, to be expected I suppose! The view was spectacular and...

"Stayed 3 nights in October and the location is unbeatable — right in the heart of downtown Toronto. We walked everywhere: St. Lawrence Market, the Eaton Centre, restaurants and nightlife all within minutes, and getting to Union Station was easy. The suite was spacious and comfortable, which made a real difference on a multi-night stay. Would absolutely stay here again."

"couldnt have had a better experience in toronto! everything, especially how helpful the staff was!"

"Loved our stay at The Union. Perfect location. The room is small but is very comfortable and has everything you need for a weekend stay. Loved the atmosphere of restaurant and breakfast was delicious."

"Super nice staff, clean place and really well maintained (I've been to pod hotels in other cities, this was by far the cleanest!) I will definitely stay there again in my next trips to Toronto! Super recommend!"

"1hotel has the best vibe, always. Cool people, great rooms and food, always a home away from home, but better!"

"Great location, easy check in The apartment could use a little redecoration though, but the conditions of it are still very good, if not excellent"

"Shout out to the front desk staff. Very helpful, friendly and made my stay so pleasant. Perfect location. Restaurant inside so convenient. Uber will pick you up in 2 minutes."

"Great location and amazing room. A little bit pricy but definitely of good quality"

"Suite was great, very close to convention centre. The wait for the elevators could be long and there often seem to be one elevator that wasn't working. Otherwise, a great stay"

"Really enjoyed Ritz in Toronto very friendly helpful staff."

"Fabulous location."

"The Shangri-La Toronto is truly exceptional. It is far superior to many of the larger hotel brands such as Hilton, Marriott, and Sheraton. The lobby is beautiful and elegant without ever feeling overcrowded or chaotic, and the architecture of the building is stunning. The rooms are beautifully designed and finished, with particularly impressive bathrooms and an obvious attention to quality throughout. The gym is enormous, exceptionally well equipped, and among the best I’ve seen in a hotel. The...
