"The hotel is in a great location and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is very cute. Yes there are stairs, but this is indicated on the website and was not a problem for us. It was a little warm the last two days of our trip, the fans in the room helped greatly. The only thing I would suggest is additional wall hooks or shelves in the rooms to put bookbags/toiletries. I would recommend this hotel to people going to Amsterdam."
