"Very clean, close to the rails to downtown, parking on the street (free). Maybe a "K" cup coffee in the future. WiFi was free and good in our room. A few of the close by food places were closed, but we had a rental car and traveled to the great food in New Orleans."

"Good spot near the library (Use the Airport Express bus for $1.25 from the airport~ 5min walk to the hotel). Also near Canal/Bourbon ~8 min walk. The staff was super helpful from the outside staff to the inside staff. Breakfast was good. The rooms were high enough to have a Good view of Canal St. I would recommend this to family and friends. "My second stay there. Very different for New Orleans as other high end hotels cater to guests coming for Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest or sporting events. Maison Metier provides high end comfort, privacy and personal interaction with staff. "

"Excellent location if you want to be away from the noise of Bourbon Street. Close enough between the main strip and Garden District. The entire staff from doorman, guest services and housekeeping made our stay comfortable. Amazing ameneties in this unique "retro meet modern" chic hotel. Having a restaurant, coffee shop, lobby bar and rooftop pool made this property both ideal and fun to stay in. Cocktail options at the bars could use some improvements. "Great place to stay near the French Quarter. Just on the opposite side of Canal St. Very little noise from the street. Close to alot of restaurants, shopping. Hotel has a restaurant and bar downstairs called the Tackle Box. Quite convenient location. Highly recommend!"

"Really did miss the whole pay to park thing. Had to pay $142 to park for Sat 4:00p.m. to Tuesday morning at 8:00a.m. That should have been included in the room. I’ve never stayed at a place where they did that. Also it says print your pass and put it in your window. Umm I got the email while we were on the road traveling there? Would have been nice to at least get that email the night before the trip. Other than that everything was nice and clean. Had what we needed. If you’re a thick long hair...
