Pillows are way too soft. All of them. No variety. The gym at this hotel is fantastic. Big, with lots of equipment. Jogging paths nearby on the Charles River is a big plus, as is prime location in Harvard Square. Common areas are exceptional as well, which serves to highlight the stiff quakerish quality of the decor in...
