"This was fine for a room for the night, but the listing suggested this was self-contained which we were surprised to discover it was not on arrival. Please be aware you will have use of the downstairs of the house, plus kitchen and garden along with the rear back bedroom and bathroom on the first floor but the booking will operate as an Airbnb style let with the host in situ. Whilst the host was incredibly friendly the check-in was confused due to information sent via the app not clearly...

"I was unable to enter this property even though I followed instructions stated that they will contact me with check in details on the day. I waited outside for over an hour. Leaving numerous messages with no luck. I contacted virtual assistant on hotels.com who also was unable to get any response from the hosts.
