"Great stay in a lovely hotel. The owner was charming, friendly and fun and gave an excellent display of first class customer service. The food in the restaurant was excellent. We left too early for breakfast so they made up packed breakfasts for us too. Some of the alcoholic drinks in the mini bar are free too! Bed was comfortable and the facilities were clean, tidy, modern and well kept. Parking right outside too."

"This place was absolutely beautiful! The location was brilliant, very central to Worcester and Stratford Upon Avon. Excellent for golfers as it’s a golf club as well as a country club. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the check in was very simple. The spa bath was lovely! The cabins are situated lakeside which is stunning, would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!"

"Hotel very smart and well maintained the staff were very good at their job and pleasant with it. Must give a mention about the dining experience. Lovely setting tables overlooking the river and the food I thought was exceptional. We had a junior suite overlooking the river on the third floor with a small balcony and french doors (room 30) There is a second carpark which is ideal for access to those rooms. "An excellent location for the town & the Abbey, parking available at rear of property, a warm welcome from host, high standard of cleanliness throughout the property, an excellent breakfast menu. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."
