"Front desk was intentionally reluctant to provide some basic service. I found that disappointing because I've stayed there several times in winter 25/26 and I found this hotel quite good. I won't go into details but just ask staff to step it up DO THE JOB properly.

"Gorgeous historic hotel. Staff were responsive and provided excellent service. I had two spa treatments and both were top notch. We ate at the fancy restaurant one night, oysters were the best. The bar makes fun fancy cocktails. "
