"The rooms were a good size, not that clean and the lighting was terrible. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good however not enough seating for everyone. Parking was a little pricey but it was convenient. Location is very good."
"Everything was fine, I would say excellent, except that as in many hotels the cleaning staff have no regard for guests trying to rest. The need to have loud, ridiculous conversations with each other while working is annoying."
"Hot tub was down due to ceiling issues so the main reason I picked this hotel over others wasn’t available, much like the elevators. Six elevators for over 30 floors. They work great during slow times of the day but we waited for over ten minutes before one came to the eleventh floor multiple times in 3 nights stay. The restaurant and bar were also not open very late. Otherwise a clean and accommodating hotel. Just wouldn’t have paid this much for a hotel without a hot tub!"
"I didn't try the breakfast but my room kept smelling like food on the first night and I was on the 14th floor. It bothered me.
The room was super hot and I tried to lower the temperature.
The toilet was so close to the bathroom that you can't properly sit on it.
I came one day and all they did was do the bed. The washroom was full of hair on the floor. There were crumbs on the table I had a sandwich on the night before...
When I checked out no one asked me if I enjoyed my stay or how it was in the room.
The location is the best thing about thos hotel. "
"Clean room, nice pool and sauna. Breakfast is well worth it.
Parking is terrible. They use a private lot and I had a ton of issues with the technology and cards being down. "
