"The hotel was very good but the staff was incompetent and disturbed my girlfriend and her aunt. I was not there and I regret that security disturbed them that night to ask for their ID card while she was among women, this is not correct and I regret that the reception and security of the hotel is also deplorable and uncomfortable, my girlfriend was shocked, I am a good customer of the group and I am really disappointed with what I was told about this stay."
