"Staff were friendly "

"Free upgrade to a premium suite, the hotel was extremely clean, the staff were amazingly pleasant, friendly and helpful. The food was very good quality and well presented."

"A convenient stay overall but Aircon needs a huge upgrade. No matter the setting, it is as loud as a 747 taking off nearby. Couldn’t leave it on. Walls are paper thin as well (at least by the garden rooms) where you can hear everything that’s going on around you, especially when people leave for their flights at 4 or 5am. Room was clean and ok sized considering it was for a night only. Bed was super comfy as well which made all the difference. Check-in was good and the breakfast buffet was open from 4am (egg station from 6am). Good variety and very good coffee. Overall can’t fault the location and it is good value for money. "

"Very clean room. Great check in staff. Shower is wonderfully powerful. Just what you need when you’re away from home. Would recommend when transiting through KL overnight. Shuttle bus to departure gate is just down the stairs and very close and convenient. "

"Stayed here the night before our flight and very glad we did! The staff wonderful and had a couple of gifts for our toddler which was such a nice touch. The room was immaculate and comfy beds. We loved the pool too. The hotel was super quiet. When we checked in we could book a free shuttle to the airport for our flight the next day too which was really handy. "

"Room is spacious but empty. Bed is super single while sufficient but smaller as compared to hotels in this range. WC comes with bidet wash, which is a plus. Breakfast is ok, can be better."

"The room was very pleasant. The idea of the water machine to chill and heat water is good but in practical terms we had to wait for ages for the water to chill. The courtesy bus ran on time and the food was fine in the evening and breakfast. The design of the complex means there is a lot of noise from doors being closed and suitcases being rolled along all the time. This is because the individual blocks are all constructed from hard surfaces which make all noises very loud as everything echoes. As it's an airport hotel there's lots of people coming and going all night so all the noise made it very difficult to sleep."

"The hotel provides good access to shopping and dinning. It is connect to 1 Utama. The room is extremely comfortable; 3 pillows, bath tub, free pantry, etc."
