"Lovely little hotel with wooden structure. The staff provided excellent hospitality. I was in rush to the train station to catch the hourly train back to Montreux but could only reached the hotel to retrieve my luggage 10 min before the train departure. The staff offered an exceptional drive for me so that I could catch the train. That gave me an excellent first impression of the Swiss!"

Buenisima localizacion y para esquiar tienes todas las facilidades: alquiler de material en propio hotel, te llevan al teleferico y te vienen a buscar cuando les llamas. Y ¿que mejor q ir al spa despues de larga jornada de ski? Muy recomdable!!!"

The views were absolutely mind-blowing waking up to that scenery was a highlight. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning (or even fans) in the room. With how hot European summers are getting, that made the nights a bit uncomfortable. Still, we really enjoyed our stay overall."

"My experience was somewhat disappointing, as it is considered one of the best hotels in Montreux and the service and facilities left something to be desired, starting with the room, which is quite simple and lacks basic amenities such as heated floors, or even carpeting, since in this cold season it is quite uncomfortable to get out of bed to go to the bathroom and find the floor so cold, and when you get out of the shower you feel immensely cold. The attention of the staff in general also leaves a lot to be desired, since sometimes they are not even friendly."

"Great experience from check-in to check-out. Very friendly staff (front desk, cleaning personal, people at the bar/restaurant). Big and comfortable bed, very clean and tidy room. Food at the restaurant was really good. Overall a good 2 nights stay, just wish I could have stayed longer."
