There is plenty of space in this beautifully restored home. 3 floors, most with private bathrooms and some with really nice additional spaces. The views of the latke from our room, the front porch and the rest of the property were great. There are games and activities available both indoors and out. Very friendly and comfortable."

"Only real issue in the room was the sink wouldn’t drain, mentioned it at checkout. We were on the bottom floor and you do hear all the walking from above. Beds are very soft.
Restaurant was very disappointing, had a very limited menu-and most options were red meat or fried food."

"We’ve stayed here in the past. This being our third time. Never have had any issues. Breakfast is very good and Cindy was very nice. Views are exceptional when clear. Unfortunately due to the Canadian wildfires it was Smokey. Can’t control that issue."

"Took a trip to the Glen and nearby falls. The Gorgeous View was a great place to stay as everything was within a 10 minute drive. The staff and owner were friendly. Neat and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Great for anyone not needing fancy. I'd stay here again if I'm ever in the area. "

"Terrible service, the room door was broken, they said someone was going to fix the door that night, but nobody came, we have to go to the office each time we need the door to be open for us, which was annoying. We left the next morning and realized the charged us 75 dollars from the deposit of $100 we made for damage to the room. Unbelievable, don’t go to that place, do yourself a favor and pay a little extra for a better place. They will take your money and you’ll end up paying extra anyways....
