"Breakfast was quite good, nice pastries and yoghurts. Room was pretty simple. Bathroom could’ve been cleaned a bit better before arrival and the loo flush kept breaking so was a bit flimsy."

"like a student accommodation, very small and unpresentable. no staff working at 9pm, the entrance was left unstaffed so anyone can go in. room was small and dirty. restaurant kitchen closed at 9pm, stuck with no food as the only food options on takeaway apps was just one indian takeout then you will have to go to ipswich for food."

I also really appreciated them keeping my medication chilled in their fridge without any hesitation. The room was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is very convenient, with shops and places to eat just a short walk away, and the free parking made things even easier. Overall, a pleasant and hassle‑free experience that I’d happily repeat."

"Very friendly staff. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast needs a little bit of upgrading. Scrambled eggs are sitting to long and then becomes very dry. Should always be ready to remove if eggs are no longer fit to eat. Dinner was good. I think more needed to add to menu. "
