The room was cold and the heater did not work. The room is a mess, there is a lot of dust, the bed is uncomfortable and the sheets do not look clean. The bathroom was also horrible. There was an strange smell in the rooms. For the price we were not expecting a lot but we have stayed in similar low-cost hotels and even cheaper hotels and believe me this is the worst place I have ever stayed.
And the worst part is the service, the people there do not have any kind of...
