"Vom Moment unserer Ankunft bis zu unserer Abreise war einfach alles perfekt. Das gesamte Personal an der Rezeption war sehr hundefreundlich und ist auf eine wirklich herzliche Weise mit unserem Hund umgegangen.
Das Zimmer war makellos sauber und angenehm ruhig. Besonders gut hat uns die Einrichtung bzw. das stilvolle Design des Hotels gefallen.
Da das Personal der Meinung war, dass unser ursprünglich vorgesehenes Zimmer für unseren Hund etwas zu klein sei, hat man uns in ein größeres Zimmer umgebucht. Dort wurden wir mit Wasser- und Futternäpfen sowie einem kleinen Leckerli für unseren Hund begrüßt.
Da der Parkplatz etwas schwierig zu befahren war, kam uns das Personal sofort zu Hilfe, organisierte einen besseren Stellplatz direkt vor dem Hotel und nahm uns sogar das Gepäck ab und begleitete uns bis auf unser Zimmer.
Nachdem wir uns eingerichtet hatten, rief man uns sogar noch an, um nachzufragen, ob alles in Ordnung sei.
Wir werden bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in der Gegend auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten und können dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen."
"Checkin was a disaster compounded by unnecessary surliness and incompetence. They demand a 24 hour pre check in online and I did that noting that I would stop by at 1 pm to drop bags and avail myself of their luggage storage option. I received an email back thanking me for pre-check in. I showed up at 3 pm and there was a family from Montreal also looking to check in early. The phone didn’t pick up then a random guy came and accosted us for being early and I explained I spelled it out in the pre check in. He said to give him 5 minutes. That turned into fifteen minutes and then some other guy showed up and accosted us again and shut the door and left us out on the street in the hot weather. I found his language to be rude and abrasive as did the Montreal family. Finally some hotel guests took pity on us and let us in and showed us where the luggage storage was and we went to get some water nearby (why that was so difficult for the hotel staff Ill never know). I don’t know why they bother with the pre-registration kabuki. Then my room didn’t have a frying pan but there was a whisk and a spatula. After three days I gave up asking. It’s unfortunate because it’s a nicely renovated old building in a convenient spot though it was interesting that they have a placard at the front desk advising guests not to argue with staff so somehow the surliness is built into the hospitality illusion they offer. It was like a surly Fawlty Towers Totally uncalled for. C’est dommage."
"Very nice central hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. There is no lift which wasn’t an issue for us. If you need easy access request a ground floor room. Greeted by a very helpful welcoming lady and all staff were kind and welcoming and happy to speak English as our French isn’t great. Would recommend this place. Nice place to stay with great location"
"Easy to find and a comfortable stay. Our dog was made very welcome too.
We didn’t eat at the hotel but it was very well located to explore the old town."
"Great A/C during La calicule. Short walk to bus on Rapp to get everywhere. Near to Tourist office to find out about activities. Nice stay close to the attractions"
