Spacious room, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom, ideal location. The staff is excellent and took great and professional care of every need and question.

Great small hotel in a finca with a nice garden. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff is extremely friendly and is trying to make everything possible. It feels like staying with friends.

Great for business. Amazing service. The neighborhood is away from the city center so there are a lot of families and not much to do or sightsee in free time. Restaurants are close. The gym facilities next door is wonderful.

The hotel is exceptionally nice and clean, it's clear that it was newly built. Bathroom was clean and well-stacked as well. Staff was friendly even though they didn't really speak English. The check in/check out was automated what was very convenient. Just €6 for breakfast, which is pretty reasonable. Our room didn't have a window (it was there, but it showed the hallway), but honestly for a one night stay I could not have cared less. Positive experience overall.

The lobby and room were very nice. The air conditioning worked well, which we were grateful for. It is pretty far out from the center of the city, but there is a bus stop fairly close (the bus requires coins). Reception was helpful and quick to answer our questions. We enjoyed our stay.

From the moment we arrived, staff greeted us and took care of the luggage and car. We were also upgraded to a suite at a reasonable price. Very comfortable room and great location.

Son departamentos, no hotel. Muy bonito y remodelado edificio con todo eléctrico y moderno con un patio interior y terraza bellos. Tienes que hacer el check in en línea.

Excellent business class hotel about a mile from the center city/cathedral area. Very nice room, excellent buffet breakfast. Short trip on tram (streetcar) to the center city area. Found parking on the street nearby, underground garage also on site. Helpful staff. We will stay there again.

Very nice room and comfortable bed. Dinner at the hotel was good - there is nothing else around. Walking to the old town was 15 minutes. You can park the car under the hotel, which was convenient.
