10/10 Excellent
"Location is wonderful in the old town, with coffee and pastry shop next door - was open at 8am.
Quirky with everything you need in a small but lovely room with fridge and TV and en-suite shower room. Well decorated and clean.
Only suggestion for hotel would be hooks to hang the towels in the room we were in."
"Great location. If bedroom is next to road it is a little noisy in the middle of the night or early morning. Make time for check in and check out as it takes time. Facility has its own parking which is GREAT and also a very nice buffet for breakfast."
"This was my second stay at the hotel. I like where it is located, on the beach. Many amenities. Well sorted breakfast buffet, delicious food, pastries, fruit, breads, and so forth. Comfortable room, professional and friendly staff."
"Amazing beach views . Buffet Restaurant Excellent 👌 Room very nice and clean. Beautiful views of Hotel gardens Piil Side n Ahoreline. Fantastic stay 😍"
"We have been coming to this hotel for around 10 years and it remains one of our favourite places to stay. The staff are excellent, the hotel is clean and well maintained, the facilities are great, and the entertainment is honestly top class.
A special mention must go to Rafa at the pool bar, who was always friendly, welcoming and provided excellent service. Tirio from the entertainment team also deserves huge praise — he really is the heart and soul of the hotel. He is amazing with both children and adults, full of energy, and our little girls absolutely love him. He is one of the main reasons we keep returning year after year.
The food itself is very good, but our only real criticism is the lunchtime restaurant service. Lunch is only available from 14:00 to 15:00, which makes it extremely hectic. There are long queues to enter, more queues for food, and at times guests jump the queue, which creates unnecessary stress and arguments. We usually stay full board, but on some days we would rather miss our included lunch and pay extra at the pool bar just to avoid the chaos.
Overall, this is a fantastic hotel with amazing staff and entertainment, but extending lunch hours or improving queue management would make the experience even better."
"Seemed like there were not enough staff to cater for the number of guests - considering its still May that may explain why this is.
Everything was good, just very long queues at all the bars. In previous years this has been managed from all sides of the bar but this time round it was single file in both the pool and lobby bar. This put off some guests at times
Will return again!"
"It is a small hotel 5 min walk from the beach. My room was located on the ground floor, it was nice, not too big but very pleasant.
The only one thing that bothered me was the fact that you could hear all conversations in the reception and a noise from a bar/restaurant attached to the hotel, it was a problem late at night or very early in the morning.
Staff was very pleasant even not everyone can speak English but they definitely willing to help.
Hotel is only 7 min walk from a bus station if you want to take a bus to Seville."
