"The rooms were very nice and the breakfast was amazing. However, they definitely need to improve on sealing the rooms as there are so many large gaps on every window and door as our kids had so many mosquito bites. They also need to close off the outdoor bathroom as my wife was unable to shower or use the bath tub in private as there was a room directly above the open bathrooms, there were also lots of ants and bugs crawling all over the bath tub so we couldn't enjoy it."

"Comfortable room, nice hotel grounds and pool, very pretty. Friendly staff. We would not recommend the attached restaurant, Mary's - very overpriced and the portions were very very small. We had a grilled fish and half BBQ chicken and there was barely any meat on either. We were basically just gnawing at bones."

"My wife and I and my wife's sister stayed in one of the 2-BR villas at Dusun Bedugul Asri in September 2025. We were very satisfied with our stay there. We went to the area because we wanted to see the Bali Botanical Garden, which is nearby. It was a bit too far to walk, but the hotel quickly arranged a good driver for us. The grounds of the hotel are beautifully landscaped. It's actually like a miniature botanical garden. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant food was excellent."
