The entire room was so clean and peaceful. The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast had so many options and was delicious. Parking was easy and safe.

This hotel is very clean, comfortable and more modern than most. Krista at the front desk is second to none! I’ve had great service before, but she was top notch. That set the tone for our stay.

There was only one issue - my room wasn’t cleaned the last 3 days of my visit. I asked the desk clerk to make sure it was cleaned after 2nd day it wasn’t and when I returned to my room that evening it still hadn’t been cleaned. Other than that, it was a comfortable and convenient stay.

In looking at reviews of the hotel, the main complaint was that there was a strip club across the street. It didn't matter to us as we were just there to visit our daughter at Marshall and knew Huntington to be a mostly blue-collar but fairly respectable town. Is this a neighborhood we would take a walk or run in? No, but that's true of most hotel locations. The room itself had a lot of amenities, the hotel staff was friendly and it was close to campus. Very cozy! The bed was so comfortable. It was me and my 4 yr old grandson staying overnight while driving through.

Everything was clean and beautiful. We had a pleasant, comfortable, uneventful night stay followed by a delicious hot breakfast and a soak in the hot tub. We were very pleased.

Very clean and the pricing was nice for a hotel in such amazing condition. I will definitely be back if I’m the area.

Very quiet location and less than 10 minutes to Huntington and all the restaurants.

They need to check out the hot water in the shower, otherwise everything was great.
