"I am still waiting to hear back from Hotels.com! Never stay here! My room was flooded, it took me over 10 minutes to get the front desk to answer either the room phone or my cell phone. Once it did happen, it was like I was the one that made the Flood. The plumber that showed up to fix it had the biggest attitude and I had nothing to do with the Flood. When I questioned his attitude with the front desk, all hail broke loose. I ended up not staying there, even though they offered another room. And, as of this moment, I still had to pay for my room that I never got to sleep in! So, Hotels.com, if you could, please reach out to me I would appreciate it"
