"The staff, particularly Luiz, were very welcoming at check in and he was very helpful throughout our 3 day stay in Konstanz. We had a very good room with a spacious balcony. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and the hotel is a 2 minutes walk to the bus stop into the centre of Konstanz. An excellent location, hotel and staff!"

"Room was clean and had lots of space. Bathroom great. The windows could be opened all the way, which made up for no AC. No outlets in reach of the beds was a minor frustration. WiFi slow, but overall a great stay!"

"Wonderful location close to the lake and old town. The A/C worked really well, which was so nice! Breakfast buffet is wonderful but can get crowded. Only issues were a very small shower, and a large window (without any curtain) in the bathroom. Other guests could see right in so we ended up having to hang a towel over the window for privacy."

"I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. I liked everything, from the bedrooms to the saunas to the lounge and bar. Slightly out of the town centre (20 minute walk)."

"Clean roof, staff and hotel bar. A little way out from the Old Town but not a problem at all as there is a free bus service every 20 minutes from a bus stop outside the hotel. A great stay."
