"I was excited (and slightly nervous) to stay in a non-traditional (chain) hotel and it was be BEST decision I made in a while! The staff was beyond helpful! Our flights were extremely delayed and we were exhausted from our travel, they helped us with our luggage and walked us to our rooms so we didn't have to look or follow signs! They gave us our keys and waited while we tried them to make sure there was no problem there either! The beds were so comfortable I felt like I was melting away. The rooms were so clean I didn't wear my shoes the entire time, like I do in chain hotels. I love good water pressure in a shower and it was heavenly! If you are going to Leavenworth, you will not be disappointed in this hotel. It's truly the difference in a large conglomerate that doesn't care about the individual customer and a locally owned business that treats you like you are special. I'm almost afraid to leave this review because I don't want it to be completely booked the next time we go! :-) "

"Everything was stellar! Not only did they have a delicious hot breakfast, but the following: A bag for dirty / wet clothes. The hot tub area was clean and provided clean plentiful towels, in addition to the ones in the hotel. They have food in the lobby, so you do not have to run out to eat. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The bed was delightful! The only hotel that had an amzing bed and pillows:). I have a service dog and there was no issues. They have a gym and a business center. There was shampoo, conditioner, lotion, kleenex and a makeup remover wipe.Honestly, we stayed at several different hotels on this trip. This was absolutely the best hotel in every single way:)!"
