"Everything was great and the service was excellent. Hotel was clean and it's in a great location. The only critique was the indoor pool is either not heated, the heater wasn't working, or it was off. The main reason we booked here was to go to Oglebay (20 minute drive) then swim with the kids. The pool temperature made it difficult but we still dealt with it. Just a suggestion to turn it up or get it fixed. Would still stay here again!"

"The room was very clean. Julio( chef at breakfast) did a fantastic job handling 3 omelet pans and the waffle maker as well as restocking items needed for omelets. I was totally amazed at his efficiency. Our waiters Carlos (breakfast) and Jacob (dinner) were very observant of our needs and extremely polite. Would have been nice to have a hair dryer in the room"
