"Kitchen has no dishes, silverware, pots/pans, etc. Vent in bathroom was extremely dusty. There was sticky stuff on the floor. The office is only open certain hours, so there is not someone on the property at all times in case you need something. "

"I love this hotel! If I could live here I would. Great staff, spa, food, decor and plenty of extras at no extra cost. It’s one of my favorite hotels even compared to larger metro cities. I stay here for staycations regularly. Never disappoints!"

"Ms. Tiarra at the check-in/out Desk is professional, knowledgeable, warm, and kind. She accepted my concerns about the property seriously and with respect. She is a GEM! It’s my fault that did not shower while in residence. Perhaps Housekeeping would have been able to provide a clean shower curtain had I noticed it earlier. Concerns about hot food served on styrofoam plates/cups - helps manage costs but induces cancer. Paper products are more expensive (would be cheaper in bulk?)."

"Overall, the property was impressive and the staff went above and beyond. It is an adult hotel and serves that purpose but, a garbage pale in the bathroom wouldn’t hurt, some extra toilet paper and towels would be nice too. Especially in the jacuzzi room. Better lightening … the ambience is nice but, it would also be nice to see effectively when not being “sexy”. But it wasn’t a bad stay. The bed felt comfortable at first but … wasn’t. The pillows and blankets were awesome! The drains do not drain quickly so, more than one shower an hour is out. And a coffee maker anywhere - room or lobby would be amazing!!! But … for the price, it was nice. "

"No noise from traffic. Some guests noise. Bed was comfortable. Good hot water for showers. Had mold in the bathroom by shower and lower shelf in shower had 2 large drywall screws under it to support it."

"I booked this room for a night for me and my family. First time walking through the door i instantly knew i should have booked elsewhere. The receptionist proceeded to take all info to get the keys he acted as if he didn’t even want to touch my driver license. as we proceeded to the room it was terrible from the time we got on the elevator the room had a smell it just appeared as nasty i didn’t even want to touch anything as my partner checked the corners of the bed and the sheets it was disgusting as if the sheets weren’t washed or anything we immediately went downstairs explained wanting a refund the receptionist refused as if he had a better room for us i said fine let’s see but i already knew i wasn’t staying we proceeded to the next room and it was the same feeling of course we checked the corner of the bed and it was a bunch of blacks spots as well as a freaking bug crawled from under by the pillows i was so disgusted immediately left and got a refund and for a person to not want to touch my driver license owns this disgusting hotel. i don’t have one good thing to say about this hotel"
