"Bathroom : Very Strange style. No curtains and floor get wet near the stupid glass door with an opening. You seat in the toilet and the door glass make you feel uncomfortable. A crazy design for crazy people. I hate that place. A lot noise outside. Room was near the main entrance. I really need my money back "

"The hotel is beautiful, cozy. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was VERY kind and nice. Location is excellent as you can easily walk to the tram or metro station. "

"Stayed in room on the 6th floor close to elevator and maybe a custodial closet? Constant noise of doors opening and shutting. Shower was leaking but it worked. Water pressure could be better. Staff was amazing: Friendly and helpful!"
