"Everything was quick & easy.."

"First let me say the staff were very friendly and pleasant. My room was large and sparse. It was in need of some refurbishment. Carpet was worn and tired. There were plaster marks on the wall where damage had been fixed but not painted. There was a lot of road noise and when the traffic started at 5:40am I was unable to sleep. The bedroom was clean and tidy and the bathroom had been renovated and was large, nice and fresh. The hotel is well located in central Gisborne. The hotel has an odd layout that makes the experience of getting around unusual. The parking situation is effectively offsite and all a bit odd. All in all just a bit lacking in upkeep and cohesion. "

"I booked a standard queen room and got upgraded to a king room with a spa , I was very impressed by how spacious the king room was and the facilities were great. "My favourite was the ground-floor room facing the city — peaceful, immaculate, and beautifully presented. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s rest. The staff were warm and welcoming, and reception was very accommodating, promptly providing swim towels when needed. The pool area was clean and refreshing, adding to an overall relaxing stay.
