"Excellent location."

"It was a 3 nights stay in a 2 queen beds room with my family. My husband and i brought our 6 years old and 11 months old daughters on vacation in Amsterdam. I called the reception requested 2 extra duvets coz we all wanted an individual duvet on our own and there are only 2 in the room. Later on a staff only brought 1 duvet over and said they only have 1 extra left. I ended up separated the duvet cover and folded it up for my baby who sleep in the cot and i used a duvet without the cover. Can anyone imagine an international brand hotel doesnt even have enough duvet for their guest？ I even found an empty water bottle under my bed which i believed is from the previous guest(thanks to my 11 months old who crawled to every corner in the room). I was absolutely disappointed about my staying. "

"Very nice room (especially loved the bathroom design!) We paid for breakfast, which was a good buffet with a big selection (cold and hot), the hotel is not near any cafes so it is worth adding breakfast. We loved the pool/sauna/steam room with a view of the lake. We would definitely stay again and hire the hotel bikes to cycle into Utrecht (it's also easy on the bus to get there from the centre). Staff were excellent too."

"food was ok and value for money , cleaning needs a lot of work, carpets dirty, phone dirty, shower head full of scale need replacing, phone did not work, staff were good felt sorry for them "

"Brilliant staff at the reception desk as well.as at breakfast service. Vast, frrsh ans tasty Breakfast spread . Spacious room with specious bathroom (i had double.room).close to a train station. 20mins to centre by train "

"Le staff était sympathique, les lieux propres, situation est bonne pour se rendre au choeur de la ville. Supermarché juste à côté. Bon confort, tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. On trouvait cependant l'éclairage un peu faible. On y retournerait sans hésiter"
