"The Iris boutique hotel is across the street from lagoon, making it a convenient location to walk along the water. You can also walk to restaurants in about 30 minutes. We spent one night and had dinner at the hotel restaurant. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Everyone who worked at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Our dinner was slow due to the understaffed kitchen, but the food was fine once it came. The restaurant also has a nice view of the sunset in the water."

"Superb location close to the lagoon but away from the smelly bit (lagoon smells of sulphur as you go south) close to good dining options, relaxed feel. Rooms were clean and spacious, well serviced. Bar on site for a nightcap. "

"This is a great budget-friendly place to stay. It’s conveniently located near many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. As a female traveller, I felt safe. The only downside is the thin walls, which let you hear guests in other rooms and even outside your balcony. Overall, I enjoyed the breakfast and the friendly, helpful staff. "
