Being a frequent traveler Expedia VIP member this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at in 5 continents. It is family run, 5 rooms ON the water, amazing views and great personalized service. Food was amazing and our every need was attended to. Adnan and Hadi were very pleasant and classy . Wonderful hotel, super helpful staff, beautiful, quiet rooms and a lovely garden in the back where you can sit and enjoy a coffee. The fresh cooked breakfast is a nice way to start the day. The rooms are very clean, the beds have cozy duvets and plenty of pillows. We were there in the winter and the rooms had heat and were plenty warm. The staff are nice and welcoming. The hotel has spectacular view of the Mediterranean Sea. All meals were authentically Tunisian and its delicious!! They always made sure your room was clean.

The property was gorgeous - marble everywhere. The staff was extremely professional, accommodating, multilingual. I was surprised that the gym was not on par with the rest of the services, but you could still do what you needed to do.

Tremendous luxury hotel with friendly staff, right on the beach. Great for kids, hUGe infinity pool, lovely afternoon teas available. While the hotel's website states that there are no restaurants on the beach after September, they really should consider having food options down there when the weather is still so lovely. Terrible pillows. Lovely bathroom.
