"We spent two nights at the lodge while exploring north/east of Etosha national park and we absolutely loved it. It’s a hidden gem with its own private entrance gate and view of the national park. Staff and service is fantastic as well. "

"A wonderfull stay in oberland lodge. A warm welcom at the entrance wit a cold towel and a glas of bubbles. The lodge and the rooms are fantastic. The service is great. In front of the lodge is a waterhole where we saw 4 rinos. And lot of other animals. "

"If you're looking for the African experience, this is it! From game drives during the day to a local band in the evening, we really felt the Namibian vibe. Note that this is not a 5 star, westernized resort. This is dining under the stars. No WiFi or TV in the room so you can unplug or go to the reception area for urgent messages. "

"Aunque muchas personas piensan que habrá mucha menos fauna por estar fuera del Parque Nacional, en realidad su charca (aunque artificial) está siempre muy aninada (sobre todo en las tardes), y se pueden ver decenas de animales en la nisma:kudus,cebras, antílopes, ñús,ñ, avestruces...
El sitio es fácil de encontrar, solo hay que tener en cuenta que, la puerta desde la carretera está cerrada y la tienes que abrir tu mismo.

Marianna und Piet waren sehr herzliche Gastgeber, die alles für das Wohlergehen meiner Freundin und mir gegeben haben. Das inkludierte Frühstück und Abendessen fiel sehr reichhaltig aus und war absolut lecker (ihr solltet nach dem Kürbis in Zucker fragen!!!).
Das Gasthaus ist eine Oase in der zur Zeit sehr trockenen Gegend, die voller Charme und Erinnerungen steckt. Für Exkursionen jeglicher Art kann ebenfalls gesorgt werden."
