6/10 Okay
"The hotel is in a good location, close to the city centre and Northbridge. Kings Park and Elizabeth Quay are quite walkable, particularly the latter.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and mostly have basic amenities. We were a little unhappy that dental kits weren't available in the room, and we were asked to come down to the reception to get them, as opposed to being helped out by housekeeping. We also needed an extra chair as we were working from the hotel, but were informed that we would need to come down to the reception after hours to grab one from the lobby. For a hotel this size, I felt that our requests should have been more straightforward and the service was slightly disappointing.
Overall, still a good place to stay."
"Room was clean.
Staff were very helpful and polite. Dinner at Santini Grill was delicious, we had the tasting menu with pairing of wine for each course."
