"We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a busy day. The hotel was quite lively and full of tourists, which created a fun atmosphere, and the staff were always helpful and attentive despite how busy it was. The main lobby always had activities going on, and one highlight was getting to watch an Atlético Madrid match on the projector—it made for a really fun and memorable experience. The taxi service at the hotel was reliable and convenient, and we always felt safe during our stay. Plus, the location was great, with plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance so we had time to explore Madrid. Only negative was that the pool was not open as it opens on the 1st of May so keep that in mind but there is a great patio upstairs for you to enjoy. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and a great choice for travellers looking for a lively and well-located hotel."

The room was the best we have in this trip, spacious with a breathtaking view of the the palace. The breakfast has a lot of variety and it was delicious. The rooftop has 360 views of the city. The location is the best to stay in Madrid, in the middle of everything but not noise."
