10/10 Excellent
"El lugar es precioso, tranquilo y cómodo. Las cabañas están al 100%, todo muy limpio y agradable. El personal es muy atención y servicial! Y la comida estuvo deliciosa (cena y desayuno). 100% recomendado"
"Overall a Good place to stay for the cost. The food was average but there are lots of spots to eat in town. The resort public washrooms are not very nice. The room washroom was good tho. We found it loud in the early night. Lots of noise coming up from the town. We played some white noise to filter it out to sleep. The location was good for our Mayan Ruin vacation. "
"We had a pleasant stay, the staff was very helpful and friendly, room was clean and a good size, bed was comfortable, towels were soft. We appreciated the ability to park our car on site. The room had a mini fridge which was nice, and the air conditioning was great. Easy walk to restaurants. Overall a good stay"
"It was a great little oasis atop a hill (a very steep hill) but a cheap taxi ride from town. The grounds were beautiful and serene. So many different varieties of plants beautifully landscaped. The pool wasn't too inviting. The lounge chairs were few and a couple of them were broken. They were setting up new lounge chairs on our last day there. Maybe we just caught them at a bar time.
The staff were very friendly but the restaurant/bar do not serve all day. Between end of breakfast and 4:00pm you can not get refreshments at the hotel. It didn't matter too much because we went on excursions but coming home at 3 and all you want is a drink by the pool. The menu is limited but it'll do for a quick breakfast.
Paula the concierge was very friendly and helpful in booking everything for us."
"The property was clean and very quiet, only the sounds of the jungle. Food was very good, refreshing swimming pool, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, but the standouts are the staff. Very warm and friendly staff, very accommodating. We left and went to the beach, too raucous, so we came back for the remainder of our time in Belize. Shout out to Giovanni, Nigel, Steve, Flora, Marcos, Raina, Marlin, and Mike. Don’t miss the bird walk and night walk in the jungle."
"West House is centrally located. Great staff, modern large rooms, good bathroom. No food options available but restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend."
"We loved our stay here. The staff were so helpful. It was nice that we could order our breakfast ahead of time so that it was ready even if we had a tour to get to. It was a bit of a ways from town but we walked there for lunch once. It was also easy and cheap to coordinate a taxi to town if you prefer. The property was beautiful and we even got free coconuts. at the pool one day. "
